Evelyn T. Russell Scholarship Award
The Evelyn T. Russell Scholarship Fund was established in 2000 by the Christ Fellowship Church Women’s Ministry. The Women’s Ministry Advisory Board believed that honoring a founding member of the church, Mrs. Evelyn T.
